2. Applicants obtaining Development Permits Move Ins (Example Modular Homes) or Demolition and are required to obtain road ban or partial road ban information from Lac Ste. Anne County.
3. Lake fronting developments such as boat houses, piers, decks, or rock walls may require a review of the development application by Alberta Environment and Canada Fisheries and Oceans.
4. Dependent upon the nature of the development, applications expire within 6 to 12 months after approval.
